Digestive Tea Recipe:
- ½ tea spoon cumin
- ⅓ tea spoon cinnamon
- Fresh ginger
- ½ tea spoon turmeric
- ½ rooibos
- Linden leaves
- ¼ tea spoon cayenne pepper
- 1L water
- Fresh lemon
- Put water in a saucepan to boil.
- Add spices, reduce heat and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
- Strain the finished tea and pour into a glass bottle.
